Do you offer early early check-in?

During peak periods early check-ins are very difficult to accommodate. The time between guests checking out and checking in is needed to clean and sanitize the home, conduct required maintenance, and get it ready for the next guest. During non-peak periods, we are happy to evaluate early check-in requests on a case-by-case basis. If you require guaranteed access before or after the posted check-in and check-out times, we suggest booking an additional night.

Do you offer late check-out?

During non-peak periods, we are happy to evaluate late check-out requests on a case-by-case basis. If you require guaranteed access before or after the posted check-in and check-out times, we suggest booking an additional night.


Do I need to use a parking pass to park in the parking lot?

No. Parking passes are only required for on-street parking, in designated areas, during the season. Please refer to the city's website for additional information: https://www.cityofrehoboth.com/parking-information



Will parking passes work at meters?
No. Parking at a meter still requires payment. Please read posted signs, and/or refer to the city's website for additional information:  https://www.cityofrehoboth.com/parking-information



Are additional street parking passes available for purchase?

Yes. You may purchase additional parking passes directly from the City of Rehoboth at the on-street stations set-up throughout town, or at the parking department. Please refer to the city's website for additional information: https://www.cityofrehoboth.com/parking-information


Do you provide beach towels?

Yes. Beach towels are provided. Please kindly throw them in the washer prior to departure (see check-out instructions for more info).



Do you have beach chairs and/or beach umbrellas we can use?
There may be a limited number of beach chairs and umbrellas in the storage closet in the rear of the unit. Please make sure to check the one on the LEFT side, closest to the grill. The other closet does NOT belong to this unit. Chairs and umbrellas, if available, are provided as a courtesy only and not guaranteed. If you do use them, please kindly dust off any sand or dirt, and return them to the storage closet when you are done using them.

Beach chairs and umbrellas are also available for rental on the beach at the striped huts. They will set-up and take down your chairs and umbrellas, which alleviates any need of carrying them to the beach. Weekly and daily rentals are available. Please note, this is a private vendor, and they only accept cash.


What type of coffee maker(s) do you have?

We are pleased to provide a Keurig and a traditional drip coffee maker. A tea kettle is also provided.


Can we access the storage unit in the back?

You may access the storage unit on the LEFT in the rear of the property. Please do not access the one on the right (labeled "Unit 1"); this belongs to the neighbors.
